Job Title - Content Writer (1-4 YoE) No. of positions - 4 Shift schedule - 2 PM - 11 PM IST This is an onsite role located in Kharadi, Pune (with limited flexibility depending on the team’s schedule) The candidate should know the US English format to write blogs that connect with our ideal readers. Understands how to turn complex technical topics into compelling stories and educational content tailored for decision-makers and tech-savvy readers. Prior experience in a media publication or a B2B-focused company is a strong plus. Responsibilities: Write long-form feature articles, thought leadership blogs, and trend-driven content covering topics like AI, IoT, Big Data, FinTech, SaaS, Cybersecurity, and more. Create a variety of content formats including news stories, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, reports, infographics, and marketing collaterals. Conduct in-depth research and interviews with internal stakeholders and industry experts to produce original, high-quality content. Collaborate with editorial, SEO, and marketing teams to ensure all content aligns with business goals, audience intent, and brand voice. Apply SEO best practices, including keyword usage, meta descriptions, and on-page optimization to increase visibility and engagement. Monitor and stay up to date with emerging tech trends and industry shifts to produce relevant and timely content. Maintain editorial accuracy, consistency, and a high standard of US English grammar, style, and structure across all written material. Requirements: 1–4 years of experience in content writing, preferably in tech journalism, digital publishing, or B2B content marketing. Proven ability to write engaging, long-form content that simplifies complex ideas without losing depth or nuance. A strong portfolio demonstrating published work in tech, innovation, or enterprise-focused publications. Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques. Awareness of current technology trends, business models, and digital transformation in the B2B landscape. Strong organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency in CMS platforms like WordPress and familiarity with editorial workflows. Degree in Journalism, Mass Media, English, Marketing, or a related field.
