Job Title: Videographer Location: Onsite - Koregaon Park, PuneDepartment: CreativeExperience: 3+ yearsWe’re looking for a videographer who understands how to translate a brand into moving image - someone who can shoot with intent, not just capture footage.This role sits at the intersection of storytelling and execution. You’ll work closely with the creative team to bring campaigns, content, and brand narratives to life across formats - from social-first videos to more polished campaign pieces.What you’ll doShoot high-quality video content across campaigns, social media, and brand initiativesHandle end-to-end video production: planning, shooting, and basic editingCollaborate with designers, stylists, and creative leads to build cohesive visual storiesUnderstand briefs and translate them into strong visual outputWork across formats - reels, ads, behind-the-scenes, product storytellingEnsure consistency in framing, lighting, and overall brand aestheticBe comfortable shooting in studio and on-locationWhat we’re looking for3+ years of hands-on videography experienceA strong portfolio that reflects good taste, framing, and storytellingUnderstanding of lighting, composition, and camera movementBasic editing skills (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve)Ability to work fast without compromising on qualitySomeone who is proactive, collaborative, and detail-orientedGood to haveExperience working with fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brandsUnderstanding of social media content formats and trendsBasic knowledge of sound and color gradingAbility to adapt to different moods - from raw, handheld content to more refined, campaign-style visualsHow we think about this roleWe’re not looking for someone who just executes shots.We’re looking for someone who has a point of view - someone who notices light, framing, and moments, and knows how to translate that into work that feels considered and on-brand.
