The responsibilities include operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting AV systems, setting up video conferencing systems, managing lighting and projectors, and ensuring proper functionality of equipment during events or installations. The technician will collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality audio-visual solutions and provide on-site technical support as required.QualificationsProficiency in handling and operating Audio Visual (AV) SystemsStrong problem-solving skills with experience in Troubleshooting AV equipmentKnowledge of Video Conferencing systems and solutionsExperience with Lighting and Projectors setup and operationStrong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with teams and clientsAbility to work on-site in Pune and have flexibility to travel to other cities based on project needs.Relevant experience or certifications in AV technology, sound engineering, or a related field is an advantage
