The Role We're hiring a high-energy Video Producer to create, edit, and publish video content across YouTube and Shorts. You'll own 2-3 video properties from recording to publication—both online and offline content.What You'll Do Record and edit engaging video content for multiple formats Manage full production pipeline: concept → recording → editing → publishing Create optimized content for YouTube long-form and Shorts Write titles, descriptions, and design thumbnails Maintain publishing schedules and track performanceMust Have: High energy and self-starter attitude Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.) Understanding of YouTube platform and optimization Strong communication and problem-solving abilitiesNice to Have: Short-form content experience Basic graphic design skills Remote recording experienceExperience Level:All levels welcome - we value energy and drive over experience.
