The role focuses on thorough Program planning, governance, milestone tracking, resource coordination, and risk management across multiple regulatory workstreams.This is a leadership role requiring structured program execution in a regulated environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and manage overall MDR transition roadmap and multi-year Program PlanStructure and govern multiple workstreams (technical documentation, design verification, validation, supplier engagement, regulatory submissions).Implement phased and agile execution approach.Manage timelines aligned with regulatory deadlines.Monitor risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.Drive cross-functional and multi-country stakeholder alignment.Provide structured reporting to leadership.Form and manage cross functional teamMust-Have Skills12–18 years’ experience in Medical DevicesProven experience managing large regulatory transformation programs.Strong understanding of EU MDR requirements and transition implications.Experience implementing structured project methodologies (Agile / PMP / PRINCE2).Exposure to Design Verification, Traceability, Manufacturing Validations, QMS compliance Strong risk management and stakeholder management capability.Experience managing cross-border teams.
