About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and multidimensional Services Delivery Head to lead and grow the delivery function at Enreap. This is a leadership role responsible for building a high-performing, scalable delivery organization across our technology practices — Atlassian, AWS, DevOps, and .The right candidate is someone who has led delivery organizations through high-growth phases, brings high energy and ambition, and understands what it takes to build strong people leadership below them. We are looking for a leader who can pick up and accelerate delivery optimization work already in motion — and build the next layer of capability on top of it.A suitable candidate is one who has been part of an organization's growth journey — ideally from 150 to 500 people — and has the mindset and experience to build the right processes, the right team, and the right culture to make that growth sustainable. You know what good looks like at scale, and you know how to get there.Experience building and scaling delivery capabilities within an OEM partner ecosystem is a key requirement — for example, as part of an Atlassian Partner, AWS Partner, Salesforce Partner, or ServiceNow Partner organization. This role is expected to own and deepen OEM delivery relationships, not just manage them.This role will work in close collaboration with the Services Practice Head, Services Practice Leads, Market Leaders, and the broader cross-functional team — including pre-sales, finance, and HR. People Leadership & Next-Line DevelopmentLead, mentor, and grow a 50–60 person delivery team across multiple technology practices.Deliberately identify and develop next-line delivery leads — Technical Managers, Project Managers, and delivery specialists.Build career progression paths, succession plans, and retention frameworks within the delivery function.Promote a high-performance, high-care culture with timely feedback, appraisal cycles, and individual growth conversations.2. Delivery Governance & HealthOwn delivery governance across all projects and engagements — schedule adherence, quality metrics, risk management, and effort variance.Lead cadence reviews (weekly/monthly/quarterly) with internal and customer stakeholders.Proactively manage delivery escalations, risks, and issues to resolution.Accelerate utilization, cost optimization, and delivery systems work already in motion — embed these as standard practice across the delivery pool.3. Delivery Margin & Business PerformanceOwn delivery margin (GMx.0) and optimal billing utilization — deploy resources at the right bill rates, not just at any rate.Drive effort optimization, bench minimization, and efficient capacity planning across the delivery pool.Contribute to services revenue and profitability growth in partnership with market leaders and pre-sales.Review SoWs and change requests for scope alignment and commercial viability.4. AI Readiness & Technology LeadershipOwn the upskilling and cross-skilling agenda for the delivery pool — ensure the team is prepared for and actively leveraging the AI wave.Champion AI adoption across delivery workflows, tooling, and engineering practices.Maintain credibility and depth in at least 2 of Enreap's core technology stacks: Atlassian, AWS, DevOps/ODT.Champion best practices in Agile, ITIL, DevOps, and other relevant delivery frameworks.5. OEM Relationship DevelopmentBuild and nurture strong working relationships with OEM partners — specifically with their Solutions and Product Management teams.Stay ahead on OEM product direction, access early enablement programs, and position Enreap as a preferred delivery partner within OEM ecosystems.Support OEM tier management and certifications in collaboration with the Services Practice Head.6. Customer Success & Stakeholder ManagementOwn delivery-led customer success across strategic accounts — maintain trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders.Ensure proactive communication and alignment with clients on deliverables, outcomes, and value realization.Drive continuous service improvement and value-added initiatives for each customer engagement.7. Technical Resource Management & Pipeline-Skill MatchingBring sufficient technology depth to understand, evaluate, and manage technical resources across multiple stacks — not just as a headcount exercise, but with credibility.Lead change and reskilling initiatives within the delivery pool — anticipate technology shifts and drive proactive capability building before gaps become delivery risks.Front-end customer conversations to understand their resource and skill requirements, set the right expectations, and translate those into delivery pool planning.Own the skill matching process between the sales pipeline (SSA and professional services) and the delivery pool — ensure that what is sold can be delivered, and that the right resource mix is available or being built ahead of demand.Desired Skills and Experience12+ years of progressive experience in IT services delivery, with demonstrated people leadership at scale; we are looking for high-energy leaders who bring drive and ambition alongside experience.Proven expertise in managing multi-technology delivery portfolios — Atlassian, AWS, DevOps, and SaaS platforms.Strong command over delivery methodologies (Agile, ITIL, DevOps) and governance frameworks.Financial acumen — ability to track and drive delivery margins, utilization, and deal-level profitability.Demonstrated track record of building and retaining high-performing technical teams.Experience working with or managing OEM partner relationships.Familiarity with delivery tools: Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Power BI, Smartsheet.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with executive presence.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's / Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.Certifications in PMP, ITIL, AWS, SAFe, Atlassian ACP, or similar.Experience leading delivery in a high-growth IT services organization scaling from 150 to 500+ people.Must-Have SkillsPeople leadership — ability to build, grow, and retain a senior technical delivery team; demonstrated next-line leadership development.Delivery management — project planning and execution, scope management, stakeholder management, risk management, resource management, and quality management.Utilization and margin management — optimal billing utilization, bench minimization, deal-level P&L tracking and analysis.AI orientation — has led or can lead an upskilling and cross-skilling program; actively champions AI adoption in delivery workflows.OEM relationship management — experience working with product and solutions teams at technology OEMs.Pipeline-to-pool skill matching — experience aligning sales pipeline (SSA / professional services) with delivery pool capability planning.Technical resource management — sufficient technology depth to credibly manage and evaluate technical resources across stacks.Variance management across short and long-term projects; RCA best practices.Delivery stream ownership across multiple PMs and technology domains.Excellent communication, collaboration, and team leadership skills.Extensive experience in client-facing roles and with implementation methodologies such as ITIL.
