Senior Technical Delivery Manager Overview:As the Senior Leader - Technical Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in managing our product releases, leading our technical team, and ensuring our technology stack is utilized to its full potential. You'll be responsible for delivering customization, providing technical support to clients, and ensuring our products maintain the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Product Release Management: Plan, manage, and oversee product releases to various clients, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.Team Management: Drive a technical team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure project milestones are met and team skills are developed.Technical Customization and Support: Deliver custom solutions to meet client needs and provide expert technical support, resolving issues efficiently.Client Engagement: Actively engage with client teams to gather feedback, understand requirements, and ensure high customer satisfaction.Technology Stack Management: Oversee the use of Microsoft .Net Web applications, Microsoft technologies, SQL Server, Azure App Services, and Azure Functions and other Azure offerings, ensuring best practices are followed.Quality Assurance: Champion product quality, implementing standards and processes that drive excellence.Requirements:Total Experience of 15 + Yrs and 8+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Microsoft .Net, Web Applications, C#, JavaScript, other Microsoft technologies like SQL Server, Azure App Services, and Azure Functions and the Azure ecosystem.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams, with a track record of successful project delivery.Client Management: Strong client engagement skills with the ability to manage expectations and build relationships.Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of tackling complex technical challenges.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
