Technical Delivery Manager

Experience required- 15 to 20 yearsJob location- Pune, HinjewadiEducation – Engineering / MBA Notice period preference- 0 to 30 days maxKey Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for deliveries and SLAs as mentioned in contract. Develop and implement delivery plans, including defining scope, milestones, and timelines. Manage the budget and resources of the delivery ensuring that the projects stay on track. Identify and manage risks to the delivery, including developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including team members, clients, Senior management, Delex to ensure that everyone is informed about the progress of the delivery. Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and met. Work with internal support teams RMG, PMO, HR, Admin, finance as needed. Proactively Track progress and represent engagement in various internal and customer governance + leadership forums. Publish relevant reports. Provide guidance and mentorship to reportees and team members to ensure that they have the skills and support they need to complete their job. Create and implement action plan for customer satisfaction & quality deliverables. Responsible for profitability, team engagement & attrition management Ensure that all internal and customer specified compliances are met time and again. Proactively contributes and aligns to organization led initiatives and goals.Own and drive customer visits , proactive proposals , escalations closure
