Practice Head – Data & AI @ Pune/85L/NOT looking for Delivery Heads/Program or Engagement Heads but

Role:20+yrs of total experience leader to head the Data & AI practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analytics, having worked hands-on in the field, and has progressively evolved into a strategic leader. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and visionary leadership to drive innovation, scale the practice, and deliver transformative outcomes for clients. Should have handled practice and managed teams of 100+Practice LeadershipDefine and execute the strategic vision for the Data & AI practice.Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across data engineering, analytics, machine learning, and AI.Drive adoption of emerging technologies such as GenAI, agentic AI, advanced analytics, and cloud-native data platforms.Develop new service offerings, accelerators, and reusable assets to differentiate the practice.Implement governance models, KPIs, and metrics to measure success.Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and ethical AI standards.Publish thought leadership content on Data & AI trends, use cases, and best practices.AsK:20+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, and AI, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.Proven track record of building and scaling Data & AI practices for large analytics teams (100+).Deep expertise in modern data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), machine learning frameworks, and enterprise AI solutions.Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives across industries.Exposure to emerging domains such as GenAI, agentic AI, and enterprise risk management.
