Oracle Transportation Manager

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India (Hybrid)About the Role:We are hiring OTM Functional Consultants to support and enhance global transportation management processes. The role focuses on Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) functionality across Order Management, Transportation Planning & Execution, Freight Bill & Payments, Supply Chain Visibility, and Event Management. Candidates must have experience in full life cycle OTM implementations (2–5 cycles).Key Responsibilities:- Support live sites and participate in global OTM project implementations and continuous improvement initiatives. - Collaborate with external IT partners and carrier platforms to ensure smooth integration across multiple systems. - Manage transport functionality in OTM: OM, Planning, Execution, Visibility, Event Management, and Freight Audit. - Deliver work packages aligned with scope, timelines, and quality standards. - Gather requirements, conduct CRP demos, lead meetings, and design OTM solutions. - Work on IT development, change requests, integration enhancements, and DevOps deliveries. - Facilitate requirement workshops, GAP analysis, and template-based implementations. - Build strong relationships with project teams, business users, and suppliers. - Create test scenarios, support SIT/UAT, and ensure successful go-lives. - Document user training and provide post-go-live support.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field. - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with OTM across Order Management, Planning, Execution, Freight Bill & Payments, Visibility, and Events. - Experience in 2–5 full life cycle OTM implementations (at least one in Agile/DevOps). - Strong understanding of system integrations with SAP ECC, FourKites, P44, TMS platforms, and carrier systems. - Experience with carrier onboarding and global visibility platforms. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. - Ability to manage data conversion, migration, mapping, and integration design. - Experience developing and testing end-to-end OTM solutions. - Strong communication and documentation skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
