Location:Pune & Trivandrum (Hybrid) Are you a hands-on leader who thrives on driving IT delivery excellence? Claidroid Technologies is looking for aDelivery Lead / Senior Delivery Managerto oversee end-to-end project execution across enterprise IT programs — ensuring delivery quality, stakeholder satisfaction, and strategic alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple IT delivery programs within the Insurance domain (Life, General, or Health). Ensure seamless execution, governance, and adherence to timelines and budgets. Manage client communication and stakeholder expectations. Drive Agile and SDLC best practices across teams. Mentor and develop project managers and technical leads. Support pre-sales and solution delivery initiatives. Required Skills & Experience 12–18 years of overall IT experience with 6–8 years in Delivery or Program Management. Strong knowledge of theInsurance domain– policy admin, claims, underwriting, digital platforms. Proven experience leading distributed/global teams. Familiarity withAgile/Waterfall methodologies , preferablySAFe Agile certified . Excellent leadership, communication, and governance skills. Education B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.
