Job Description: Technical Expert – WindchillExperience Range: 6–10 years Technology Expertise: PTC WindchillMust-Have SkillsStrong hands-on experience in Windchill customization (server-side, client-side, APIs, extensions)Deep understanding of Windchill system architectureProficiency in Core & Advanced Java, REST APIs, JSON, and XMLWorking knowledge of CAD systems (preferably CATIA)Good-to-Have SkillsStrong knowledge of the PTC Windchill product line, modules, and technology stackExperience in enterprise application deployments and production supportAbility to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to resolve moderate to complex technical problemsProven capability to work in a cross-cultural, multi-location team environmentStrong communication, coordination, and assertiveness for task ownership and stakeholder alignmentExperience working in customer support environmentsRoles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop, debug, optimize, and validate code within the Windchill environmentPerform code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and drive code quality improvementsBuild custom Windchill solutions using APIs, customization frameworks, and extensionsAnalyze and resolve complex L3 development and production issuesConduct root-cause analysis for incidents and problems; implement effective fixesMaintain, support, and enhance existing Windchill applications
