Job Description:

We’re Hiring: Customer Support (Technical)DevVoid is hiring 2 Customer Support professionals to support our Canada-based clients.This role sits at the intersection of customer communication, product understanding, and technical troubleshooting. Extensive training will be provided.Key Responsibilities: • Act as the first point of contact for client issues via chat • Respond promptly, gather accurate details, and reassure clients • Reproduce issues and assist with initial testing • Document findings and create scrum cards for engineering teams • Develop a deep understanding of the product and user workflowsRequirements: • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) • Comfortable working with software systems, APIs, and integrations • Ability to respond quickly and manage multiple conversations • Basic CRM or technical support experience preferred • Willingness to learn AI-driven products (prior AI experience not mandatory)Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PSTEmployment Type: Full-timeTeam: DevVoidWork Mode: RemoteIf you’re detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and enjoy solving real customer problems, we’d be happy to connect.
