You can read more about its work at .Role Overview: The Technical Specialist - Bamboo Plantations will provide expert technical guidance for plantation programs, ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices. This role will address field-level technical queries, support capacity building of SRLM and field teams, and monitor plantation quality across the state. The position is key to ensuring program objectives are achieved efficiently and in compliance with established technical standards.Education: Master’s in forestry / any other relevant fieldsPast Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience working on field-based projectsLocation: Odisha, Tripura, Andhra Pradesh & Arunachal PradeshLanguage(s): Proficiency in English, Hindi, and a regional language, with good writing and verbal communication skills.Key Responsibilities:1. Provide technical guidance and expertise on plantation programs, ensuring adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).2. Support the planning, executing, and monitoring of plantation and post-plantation activities across the state.3. Address technical queries and provide solutions to field teams and SRLM staff.4.
