Job Description: Technical Coordinator for TVM – Cybersecurity ProjectsLocation: Remote from India, Costa Rica, Mexico, or Canada English Professional Proficiency Needed SummaryThe Pearl Consulting Group/PCG Threat & Vulnerability Management (TVM) Technical Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, tracking, and supporting all technical and operational activities related to identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, and remediating security vulnerabilities across the enterprise. This role acts as a central liaison between security operations, infrastructure teams, application owners, and leadership to ensure timely and effective vulnerability mitigation. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, and prioritize security vulnerabilities across Windows, Linux, cloud, and network environments using vulnerability scanning reports, tools and threat intelligence feeds.Assist in coordinating remediation activities by working closely with cross-functional teams, tracking progress, validating fixes, and documenting outcomes.Support patch and configuration management efforts by collaborating with Windows support team, infrastructure and cloud teams, ensuring appropriate actions are taken and verified.Develop and maintain organized documentation such as remediation playbooks, lifecycle tracking reports, and technical procedures to support process consistency.Monitor external threat intelligence sources and assess potential impacts of emerging vulnerabilities on the organization's environment.Generate and present detailed reports and dashboards using Excel, ServiceNow VR, PowerPoint, Power BI, or Tableau to communicate risk posture and remediation status to stakeholders.Contribute to the continuous improvement of vulnerability management processes, including asset inventory integration, scan coverage validation, and process enhancements. Required Qualifications3–5 years of experience in vulnerability management or cybersecurity analysis, with hands-on exposure to scanning tools (e.g., Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, ServiceNow VR) and remediation workflows.Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux), Windows & Linux patching, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and network environments in relation to vulnerability and risk exposure.Familiarity with CVSS scoring, MITRE ATT&CK framework, CWE, and publicly available vulnerability databases such as NVD and Exploit DB.Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical risks and mitigation strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.Working knowledge of ServiceNow, including ticketing systems, CMDB, and the Vulnerability Response module to manage vulnerability lifecycle tasks.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with data visualization/reporting tools like Power BI and Tableau for reporting security metrics.Analytical and proactive mindset, eager to learn new tools and processes, support collaborative efforts, and contribute to a culture of continuous security improvement.Why Join Pearl Consulting GroupSenior, high-impact role in a growing cybersecurity consulting practiceDirect exposure to executive leadership and enterprise clientsMission-driven firm focused on transformation, inclusion, and long-term value
