EXPERIENCE: 3-7 YearsEDUCATION: Civil Diploma/ GraduateIndustry Preference: (RMC/Aggregate /Building Material /Construction)Job Summary:To ensure optimal quality standards, cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction through efficient use of raw materials and mix designs at all plants in the UnitKey Responsibilities:- Monitor, investigate and control batch exceptions with support from UBM - Meet architects and consultants to understand customer requirements and manage escalated customer complaints in quality - Assist in maintaining quality systems to continually monitor the product performance providing early warning of potential failures - Continually look at mix optimization and reduction in mix costs through trials on new or different raw materials and by any other method - Ensure compliance with all QA/QC protocols as per BOS. - Ensure that all raw materials used comply with relevant Indian Standards as well as Company norms for quality and quantity. Also endorse vendor qualification for all input raw materials - Carry out regular inspection and review of all technical records and documentation on the testing of incoming raw materials as well as concrete Assist Plant in-charge in day-to-day activities - Timely submission of reports to external and internal customers - Train necessary Company personnel in testing raw materials and concrete and on all aspects of quality control techniques - Ensure the health and safety of oneself, colleagues, vendor partners by complying with the Company policies, procedures, guidelines, rules and regulations of occupational health and safety at work
