Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and lead the UX function.Define the vision, structure, and operating model for UX at Zimetrics. Hire, mentor, and grow a strong team of UX and product designers. Establish ways of working, quality standards, and design governance.Drive product design excellenceLead UX strategy and execution for internal products and client-facing platforms. Ensure designs are grounded in user needs, business goals, and product outcomes. Guide teams across discovery, interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, and validation.Lead service design initiativesMap end-to-end journeys across touchpoints, channels, and processes. Identify pain points and opportunities across the full user lifecycle. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve both digital and service experiences.Establish scalable design systems and practicesCreate and evolve design systems, reusable patterns, and research-informed frameworks that improve consistency, speed, and quality across products and services.Embed user-centered design in product development.Champion user research, usability testing, journey mapping, and iterative design. Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure UX is integrated from problem definition through delivery.Shape future-focused experience designExplore and apply emerging UX approaches, including AI-enabled experiences, conversational UX, and new interaction models, where relevant to product and service innovation.Requirements10–15 years of experience in UX, product design, or service design, with significant leadership experienceProven experience building or scaling UX teams and design practicesStrong expertise in product design, service design, user research, and UX strategyExperience leading cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and business stakeholdersStrong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments
