From creating the home standby generator market category, to our current evolution into an energy technology solutions company, we continue to push new boundaries.Work ExperienceExperience: 2 - 5 yearsPrimary Purpose:The QMS Specialist – ETQ Automation is responsible for providing automated support for the effective implementation and maintenance of Generac’s electronic Quality Management System (eQMS).This position will work with cross functional teams to provide ETQ support for the configuration and administration to automate Generac’s QMS processes and related KPIs, including, but limited the following processes:Document ManagementNonconformity Management (Tier 1) and Corrective Action (Tier 2)Supplier QualityProduct Quality HoldAudit ManagementMajor Responsibilities:Ensure that the eQMS software solution is maintained and adheres to Generac Quality Management System (GQMS) by providing guidance and support to cross-functional teamsMaintain the Generac Quality Management System (GQMS) by:>Providing configuration support for Generac’s eQMS software, including:Document ManagementNonconformity Management (Tier 1) and Corrective Action (Tier 2)Audit ManagementSupplier QualityProduct Quality Hold>Providing administrative support for Generac’s eQMS software, including:Maintaining keyword listsResolving user reported issuesManaging the global user listSupporting user access issues>Performing document reviews of new and revised documents to ensure compliance with Generac document management standards>Working with teams to migrate documents into the eQMS software system>Conducting reviews of open actions and following up with assignees as required>Providing training for users to navigate processes with the eQMS software solutionEducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent career experienceWork ExperienceExperience: 2 - 5 yearsDemonstrated knowledge of ISO/Risk Based management system fundamentals (i.e., 9001, 13485, etc.)Demonstrated knowledge of ETQ fundamentals (including Requirements Gathering, Configuration, Testing, Deployment and Administration) and experience utilizing their electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) software/platformDemonstrated knowledge of Power BI Visualization and Reporting ToolMicrosoft Office proficiencyEffective CommunicatorAttention to DetailPreferred Job Requirements:Working knowledge of the SAP software/platformWorking knowledge of the Data lake platformExperience managing projects with cross functional teams
