The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling multiple large-scale projects proactively, ensuring smooth execution from initiation to handover, and maintaining high standards in customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Scheduling: Develop and monitor project schedules, including trade manpower allocation and timely delivery of milestones.Cost Control: Establish and manage cost control measures to track equipment, materials, labor, subcontracts, and miscellaneous expenses.Planning & Coordination:✓ Lead trade planners in developing shop drawings.✓ Coordinate efforts with other trades to ensure seamless project execution.Standards Development: Define and implement piping trade construction standards for projects.contractor Management: Procure and oversee project contractors , subcontractors and equipment vendors, ensuring compliance with quality standards.Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure contract compliance, safety, and workmanship quality.Customer Relations:✓ Handle project documentation.✓ Engage with customers for updates, feedback, and satisfaction assurance.✓ Address any warranty-related tasks effectively.Scope Management: Estimate and manage changes in the scope of work to align with client expectations and project goals.Process Oversight: Maintain expertise across the entire lifecycle of a project, including pre-construction, execution, handover, and AMC/As-Built processes.Qualifications & Requirements.
