The candidate will manage site operations, coordinate with design and procurement teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities -Plan, schedule, and oversee HVAC project executionManage site engineers, technicians, and subcontractorsCoordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teamsMonitor budgets, resources, and project timelinesEnsure compliance with safety regulations and quality standardsConduct regular site inspections and progress reportingResolve technical or operational issues on-siteImplement process improvements for efficiency and cost controlPrepare project documentation, reports, and performance updates.Qualifications & Skills -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred)5–12 years of experience managing HVAC projectsStrong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and ventilationAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specificationsExcellent leadership, coordination, and communication skillsProficiency in project management and HVAC software/toolsStrong focus on safety, quality, and timely deliveryResult-oriented and detail-focused mindset.About JhonkaJhonka Solutions Private Limited is redefining HVAC and indoor air systems with a strong focus on health, performance, and sustainability.
