Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end design and implementation of data engineering solutions using Databricks.Develop and manage data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).Design scalable and optimized data models using SQL.Act as a primary point of contact for client communication and requirement discussions.Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of data engineers.Ensure project delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and best practice implementation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, BI, and business stakeholders.Provide technical guidance and architectural recommendations.Required Skills & ExpertiseExperience 10+ years.Strong hands-on experience in Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, Data Processing).Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for orchestration and ETL.Advanced SQL skills (query optimization, performance tuning, complex joins).Strong client communication and stakeholder management experience.Proven experience in team handling, mentoring, and monitoring project delivery.Experience in data pipeline development and large-scale data processing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
