This individual contributor role will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, attendance tracking, and coordination with internal stakeholders. The role reports directly to the HR Head and plays a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes across the organization.The ideal candidate will be experienced in Zoho HR systems, demonstrate strong communication skills, and be comfortable handling time-sensitive tasks independently in a night-shift environment supporting global operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete onboarding processes: documentation, profile creation, induction setup, and verification workflowsMaintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel filesHandle attendance monitoring, leave management, shift schedules, and HRIS updates (Zoho People or similar tools)Support HR compliance, including audits, policy documentation, and record maintenanceCoordinate with internal teams and leadership for HR-related data, requests, and employee engagement activitiesAssist in grievance handling, query resolution, and follow-up on escalationsPrepare HR reports, MIS dashboards, tracking sheets, and analyticsEnsure strict confidentiality while handling sensitive employee informationContribute to improving HR processes, workflows, and operational efficiencyRequired QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field5–6 years of experience in HR Operations or employee lifecycle managementMandatory experience with Zoho People / Zoho HRMSStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and reliability in managing structured processesAbility to manage confidential information professionallyComfortable working in the US Night ShiftPreferred SkillsExperience supporting global teams or working in an RPO environmentKnowledge of HR compliance, onboarding standards, and documentation protocolsAbility to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independentlyPositive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a solution-oriented approachPerks & BenefitsFamily Health InsuranceProvident Fund benefitsNight Shift AllowanceSafe and reliable cab facility for pickup and dropRewards & Recognition programsEnergetic work environment with monthly and quarterly engagement activities
