Job description: About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic and drivenBBA graduatesto join ourHR Shared Services teamas Apprentices. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in global HR operations, with exposure to onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and compliance processes.Key Responsibilities Support pre-onboarding, onboarding, and post-onboarding activities Assist in employee lifecycle processes including offboarding and background verification Participate in AskHR ticket resolution and other transactional HR tasks Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain compliance Rotate across HR functions to gain broad exposure and identify areas of strength Eligibility Criteria Must be aBBA graduate(HR) Graduation year must be2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 Degree must be from an institute approved byAICTEor equivalent Must possess a validdegree certificate Mustnotbe registered on theNATS portalwith another organisation Mustnothave previously worked as an apprenticeWork Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM On-siteattendance required for all working days (22 days/month) FollowsIndia public holiday calendar
