Your mission: become the face of AI security in India's mid-market. You will empanel Kapālins into the top 5 enterprises across 5 sectors, build CISO/CTO relationships, and close business deals.What You'll DoEmpanel Kapālins into the top 5 enterprises in each of 5 target sectors: Banking/FS, Health, Government, Energy, Retail (25 target accounts)Build and own executive relationships with CISOs, CTOs, and Board members across India's mid-marketPosition and sell Kapālins AI security assessments ($15K single-category, $60K–$120K full 5-category) and remediation solutions.Represent Kapālins at industry events, conferences, and roundtables — you are the brandDevelop System Integrator partnerships for co-sell and talent augmentationBuild a $1M+ qualified pipeline within 6 months through relationship-led selling.What We're Looking For10+ years in cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or enterprise salesExisting CISO/CTO network in India — you can open doors on day oneProven sales track record: $500K+ annual revenue generationComfortable presenting to boards and C-suite executivesUnderstanding of AI/ML security risks (prompt injection, model poisoning, agentic AI)Startup mentality — you thrive without structure and build your own playbookNice to HaveCISSP, CISM, or equivalent certificationExperience with OWASP LLM Top 10 or AI security frameworksSpeaking experience at cybersecurity conferencesCompensation & BenefitsBase: to be discussedCommission: 8%–15% tiered on revenue generated (UNCAPPED)Tier based commision→ Tier 1: 8% on first $300K | Tier 2: 10% on $300K–$700K | Tier 3: 12% on $700K–$1.2M | Tier 4: 15% above $1.2MEquity: 3% (24-month vest, 12-month cliff)Target OTE: to be discussedRemote India with 30–40% travel to client sites and eventsHow to ApplyEmail: with your CV and a 2-line pitch on why you're the right person.This is not a Big 4 consulting gig.
