(Mechanical/Automobile/Aerospace)Years of Experience: > 8 to 15 yrs.Location: Pune, Chakan PlantPurpose of the Position (Short Summary of the Role):Work as an expert for the development, testing, and validation of ADAS functions, ensuring alignment with global NCAP protocols (Euro NCAP, Bharat NCAP, Latin NCAP and ASEAN NCAP) and homologation standards. Leads a multidisciplinary team in delivering robust features such as AEB, LKA, TSR, and BSD through rigorous full vehicle testing-based validation. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including vehicle integration, software, hardware, and regulatory affairs to ensure seamless development and certification. Drive and lead the Discussion with Homologation and NCAP authority. Track and plan the vehicle update for upcoming regulatory requirement. Project estimation and budget management.Authority:Take a decision for ADAS testing execution as per project time plan, resource estimation and management. Take Decision for Safety Strategy of the project. Budget estimation and consumption decision.
