Strategy & ExecutionGoal: Deliver measurable ROI through integrated campaigns.Roles:Lead internal teams (creative, SEO, content, performance, media) to align deliverables with client goals.Design campaigns blending digital marketing, thought leadership, and sales enablement.Optimize budgets and tactics based on real-time performance analytics.3. Business GrowthGoal: Expand client accounts and agency revenue.Roles:Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities (e.g., webinar series → marketing automation).Convert successful campaigns into case studies for new client acquisition.Generate client referrals through exceptional service delivery.4.
