Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in the Pune Division. The Senior Sales Executive will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their requirements, presenting tailored property solutions, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skillsExperience in market research and ability to analyze real estate trendsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and meet sales targets effectivelyPrior experience in real estate or consulting is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldFamiliarity with the Pune real estate market is preferred
