Salesforce Technical Program Manager

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Program Manager with strong technical acumen to lead large-scale, multi-workstream Salesforce programs. The ideal candidate will combine program governance, stakeholder management, and deep Salesforce platform understanding to drive successful delivery across complex enterprise transformations.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram LeadershipLead end-to-end delivery of large Salesforce programs across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud, etc.)Define program roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and execution strategyDrive alignment between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partnersManage multi-vendor ecosystem and ensure delivery accountabilityTechnical OversightProvide architectural oversight and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practicesReview and guide solution design, integrations, and data architectureCollaborate with Solution Architects on scalable and secure implementationsEnsure adherence to DevOps processes (CI/CD, release management)Delivery & GovernanceEstablish program governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting cadenceMonitor risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreamsEnsure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality parametersDrive Agile/Hybrid delivery models (Scrum, SAFe)Stakeholder ManagementAct as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and business stakeholdersLead steering committee meetings and executive reportingTranslate business needs into technical execution strategyFinancial & Resource ManagementManage program budgets, forecasting, and cost optimizationAllocate resources effectively across multiple projectsTrack ROI and business outcomesRequired Skills & QualificationsExperience12+ years in IT, with 6+ years in Salesforce program/project managementProven experience managing large transformation programs (multi-million $ budgets)Experience in industries like Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Telecom, or BFSI preferredSalesforce ExpertiseStrong understanding of:Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience CloudSalesforce Data Cloud / CDPIntegration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft)Data modeling and governanceFamiliarity with Revenue Cloud / CPQ is a plusTechnical SkillsUnderstanding of:Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)Integration frameworks and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft)DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins)Data platforms like SnowflakeProgram ManagementStrong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologiesExperience with tools like Jira, ConfluencePMP / SAFe / Salesforce certifications preferred
