Job Title: Sales Leader – AI Services & Digital TransformationLocation: PuneExperience Required: 10+ YearsRole Overview:We are looking for a seasoned Sales Leader with strong experience in selling AI Services, Digital Transformation Services, Engineering Services, and Custom-led solutions to large customers across Pan India.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hunting, engaging with Business Heads, Practice Heads, Delivery Heads, and senior leadership stakeholders, and driving strategic revenue growth across manufacturing, industrial, GCC, and large business segments.This role requires expertise in consultative selling of AI-led transformation services Key Responsibilities:Drive sales for AI Services, Digital Transformation, Engineering ServicesIdentify, build, and manage strategic relationships with large accounts across Pan IndiaOwn end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, solution positioning, proposal management, negotiations, and closuresEngage with Business Heads, Practice Heads, Delivery Heads, VP-level stakeholders, and senior leadership to understand business challenges and position transformation-led solutionsDevelop and execute account plans for new logo acquisition as well as existing account growthCollaborate with delivery, presales, and leadership teams to build winning proposals and large transformation dealsDrive revenue growth across manufacturing, industrial automation, GCCs, and large technology accountsMust Have:10+ years of experience in Sales / Business DevelopmentStrong experience in selling AI Services, Engineering Services, Digital Transformation Services, or Consulting-led offeringsProven experience handling large accounts across Pan IndiaExperience engaging Business Heads, Practice Heads, Delivery Heads, and closing high-value strategic dealsExposure to manufacturing, industrial, GCC, automotive, engineering, BFSI or technology sectorsStrong consultative selling and solutioning mindsetPlease apply or share your resume to
