From electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters to ergonomic seating solutions, Frido empowers people to move freely and live comfortably — with design-led, made-in-India innovation.Role OverviewAs a Senior Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving individual and team performance by managing daily sales activities, guiding junior team members, and ensuring lead-to-order conversions. This role demands strong communication, analytical ability, and leadership presence along with hands-on knowledge of CRM and Microsoft tools.You’ll act as the bridge between the Inside Sales Manager and the team, ensuring targets, discipline, and customer satisfaction standards are met consistently.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and convert inbound and outbound leads for Frido’s range of mobility products (wheelchairs, scooters, recliners, etc.)Support and mentor Inside Sales Executives, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate CRM updates, and adherence to processes.Track and review daily productivity reports, lead flow, and conversions using Excel/Google Sheets dashboards.Maintain strong knowledge of all products, offers, and processes to support both customers and team queries.Coordinate closely with Operations, After-Sales, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth customer experience.Conduct mini team huddles and motivate the team towards achieving daily and monthly revenue goals.Ensure proactive communication within the team — address challenges, share learnings, and escalate key issues to the manager.Maintain an energetic, positive, and performance-driven environment on the floor.Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi; regional language is a plus)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for daily reporting and analysisStrong leadership and coordination abilities — able to guide and support 3–5 team membersSales-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and closure skillsAbility to stay composed under pressure and handle escalations effectivelyHigh energy, proactive approach, and strong sense of accountabilityRequirementsExperience: 5-7 years in Inside Sales / Telesales / B2C Sales (preferably in D2C, Healthcare, or Mobility segments)Prior team-handling exposure (mentoring, guiding, or supervising agents) preferredEducation: Graduate or equivalentComfortable with rotational week-offs and a 6-day work scheduleWhat We OfferFixed salary + monthly incentives for both personal and team performanceRapid growth opportunities into Assistant Manager – Inside Sales or Key Account Management roles.Exposure to a fast-growing D2C brand creating real-world impact in the wellness and mobility space.Supportive, energetic, and target-driven environment.Kindly share your resumes at
