Role: Sales Development Representative The SDR is responsible for executing outbound sales campaigns and converting ICP-fitaccounts into qualified sales meetings and revenue opportunities.Key Responsibilities What You Will Do1. Qualified Meetings & Revenue Contribution ● Use signals and account intelligence to target ICP-fit accounts (funding,events, hiring, tech changes, growth signals)● Execute outbound outreach to ICP-fit healthcare and HealthTech accounts● Generate qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives● Ensure meetings meet qualification standards (ICP, intent, authority, need)● Contribute directly to pipeline creation and revenue influence2. Outbound Campaign Strategy & Execution ● Design and run multi-touch outbound campaigns across:- Email- LinkedIn- Light calling (as needed)● Personalize messaging based on:- Account context- Role-specific pain points- Industry and market signals● Continuously test and optimize:- Subject lines- Messaging angles- Cadence structure3. Lead Qualification & Sales Handoff ● Engage inbound and outbound leads professionally● Qualify prospects on:- Business need- Buying intent- Stakeholder involvement- Timeline● Share clear call notes, account context, and next steps with AEs● Ensure smooth and structured handoff to Account Executives4. CRM Discipline & Reporting ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records● Track:- Outreach activity- Responses- Meetings booked- Disqualification reasons● Follow defined SDR processes and reporting standardsSkills & Requirements Who Can Apply MBA (Marketing / Sales preferred)Strong written and spoken EnglishExperience or comfort with: ● Outbound email campaigns● LinkedIn prospecting● CRM toolsAbility to understand B2B healthcare & HealthTech buyersStrong ownership, consistency, and execution mindsetCareer Growth This role is part of a structured sales career path:SDR → Account Executive → Senior AE / Sales Leader Growth is driven by:● Pipeline and revenue contribution● Campaign effectiveness● Learning agility and consistencyWork Timings: As we are a US-based company serving US clients, this role requires overlap with US time zones depending on customer needs.
