Job Title: Senior Finance ExecutiveLocation: Andheri Kurla Road, Chakala (200 meters from metro station), Andheri East, Mumbai - 93Experience: Minimum 4+ YearsWorking Days: 6 Days a WeekOffice Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PMAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to manage and oversee end-to-end accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to manufacturing industry practices, compliance, and financial reporting, along with the ability to handle responsibilities independently.Key Responsibilities:Oversee Preparation and oversight of daily tax invoices and ensure timely sharing with customers Preparation, review and audit daily orders to ensure accuracy and compliance Manage weekly stock audits and perform bank reconciliations Handle export and import documentation processes Monitor receivables and proactively follow up with clients for timely payments Supervise E-way bill generation and ensure statutory compliance Prepare and analyze MIS reports, financial statements, and expense reports Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy in salary disbursement Manage vendor payments, supplier settlements, and utility payments efficiently Ensure timely preparation, filing and reconciliation of GST, TDS, and TCS returnsLead and coordinate statutory audits, including preparation of Balance Sheet, P&L, and Annual Reports Ensure adherence to financial controls, policies, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with management for financial planning and decision-making support Review the day to day activities of junior accounts staff.Execute and supervise additional assignments as directed by senior managementKey Requirements:Minimum 4+ years of experience in accounting and financeMandatory: Experience in a manufacturing companyStrong knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, and statutory compliance Hands-on experience in finalization of accounts and audit supportProficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally or similar ERP systems)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to manage multiple responsibilities independentlyInventory management experience is desired.Preferred Skills:Experience in handling audits and financial closures independently Knowledge of import/export financial processes Leadership ability and team handling exposure (added advantage)Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
