This full-time, on-site role involves lead generation, account management, preparing quotations, relationship building, and closing sales deals. The Sales Engineer will work closely with customers, providing technical solutions, and driving the sales process to meet targets.QualificationsUnderstand our product/service’s technical features, functionalities, and benefits.Study customer Enquiries/RFQs, analyze specifications, and prepare relevant solutions.Identify customer needs, pain points, and business challenges to propose the best solutions.Generate leads and proactively reach out to potential customers.Communicate with customers and prospects via calls, emails, and in-person visits.Address and resolve client queries and complaints in a timely manner.Prepare and draft proposals, quotes, and other sales documents.Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing.Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) data.Achieve monthly sales targets.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamBackground in engineering or a similar technical field is an advantageBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, or a related field
