Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager - Real Estate based in Gurugram, India. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee client relationship management, develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The role involves advising clients on residential and commercial property investments, conducting property sales meetings, and maintaining an updated knowledge of verified projects in prime locations. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with the team, lead negotiations, and ensure seamless client experiences from inquiry to closure. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, business development, or real estate consultancyStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to build and maintain long-term client relationshipsAnalytical skills to evaluate market trends and property investmentsResults-driven with a proactive approach to achieving sales targetsKnowledge of the Gurugram real estate market, including DLF and prime locationsProficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with property management platformsBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related fieldExperience in team management and leadership roles is a plus
