The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include calling potential clients and projects from the available database, following up on leads, maintaining customer relationships, providing quotations to clients and providing excellent customer service. The specialist will also collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and provide feedback to improve sales processes.QualificationsExperience of 5+years in Inside Sales and Lead GenerationStrong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skillsExcellent Communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with a teamBachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fieldPrevious experience in the signage or related industry is a plusAbility to prepare quotations for various products
