Responsibilities 1. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve and exceedmonthly/quarterly/annual sales targetsfor digital marketing solutions - Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Corporate Video Shoots, Animation Projects, website design and development etc. Identify and pursuenew business opportunitiesthrough field sales, networking, and referrals. Develop and implementstrategic sales plansto expand the customer base and drive revenue growth. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals profitably. 2. New Client Acquisition (B2B Sales) Prospect and generate leads throughcold calling, field visits, referrals, and industry events . Conductproduct demonstrations and presentationsto potential clients. Build and maintain a strongsales pipelinewith accurate forecasting. Collaborate with inhouse marketing teams to leverageinbound leads and campaigns . 3. Client Relationship Management Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CMOs, CEOs, Marketing Heads). Understand client pain points and propose tailoreddigital marketing solutions . Ensure highcustomer satisfactionto drive renewals and upsell opportunities. 4. Market & Competitor Analysis Stay updated onindustry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies . Provide feedback to the product/marketing team for service improvements.
