Role DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting property research and shortlisting, coordinating site visits, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth documentation and legal processes. The Sales Executive will also contribute to client strategies for residential and commercial properties, focusing on client needs and delivering top-tier services with professionalism and transparency. QualificationsStrong Sales and Negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to close transactions efficiently Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Relationship-Building skills Ability to conduct Market Research and Property Analysis Knowledge of Documentation, Legal Compliance, and Property Transactions Experience with Strategic Planning and Client Consultation Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on achieving targets Proficient in MS Office and related tools Prior experience in real estate or a related field is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred
