Job Title: Salesforce Pre-Sales Engineer/ArchitectLocation: Remote Employment Type: 12+ Months ContractRole OvervieWe are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Salesforce Presales Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Delivery, and Customer stakeholders to design innovative Salesforce solutions, drive deal strategy, and support business growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex business requirements into scalable and compelling technical solutions..Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Sales teams to qualify opportunities, shape deal strategy, and drive successful closuresLead discovery sessions to understand customer business challenges, processes, and technical requirementsDesign end-to-end Salesforce solutions across clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing CloudCreate high-quality solution architectures, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needsConduct product demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (POCs)Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from presales to implementationProvide effort estimations, solution sizing, and pricing inputsStay up to date with Salesforce products, releases, and industry trendsAct as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutionsRequired Qualifications8+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with strong presales/solutioning exposureProven experience in a Presales Architect, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect roleDeep expertise in multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing Cloud preferred)Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and data modelingExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience in conducting demos, workshops, and client-facing discussionsAbility to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environmentKey CompetenciesSolution Architecture & DesignPresales & Deal StrategyClient Engagement & ConsultingSalesforce Platform ExpertiseCommunication & StorytellingEstimation & Proposal Development
