Role: Senior SDR / BDR / Inside Sales (Outbound)Experience: 3–5 yearsDomain: B2B sales (preferably Engineering / Technical / Professional Services)Location: Pune (Hybrid)Shift: US Shift (mandatory) 6.30pm to 3.30amThis role focuses on cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and pipeline generation for international (US) clients in engineering services (Civil, Architecture, MEP, Mechanical domains)Key Responsibilities:Outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreachGenerate and manage qualified sales pipelineIdentify and target key accounts (US market)Connect with decision-makers (VPs, Directors, Owners)Qualify leads and schedule discovery/demo meetingsExecute multi-channel campaigns (call + email + social)Maintain data in CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho)Track activity metrics, conversion rates, pipeline contributionKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):8–12 qualified meetings/month50–70 outreach activities/day (calls + emails + LinkedIn)Strong conversion ratios (lead → meeting → opportunity)Mandatory Skills (Must Have):Experience in SDR / BDR / Inside Sales (Outbound)Strong expertise in cold calling & email outreachExperience in B2B lead generation / prospectingExposure to US / international salesExcellent communication & objection handlingPreferred Skills:Experience in engineering services / CAD / BIM / technical salesHands-on with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)Experience with multi-touch outbound campaignsWhat We Offer:Opportunity to work with global clients (US market)Clear career growth into Account Executive rolesPerformance-based incentivesLearning-driven environment
