However, enterprise sales cycles are long, consultant-driven, and relationship-intensive.We are looking for a high-calibre Account Manager to:Own revenue growth for India, APAC and Middle-East marketBuild and close enterprise pipeline independentlyPosition Sprih as a premium, long-term sustainability infrastructure partnerDrive supply chain product adoption alongside enterprise reporting modulesThis role is not about transactional selling.It is about navigating complex enterprise buying cycles, building trust and creating durable revenue pipelines.What you will own1. Revenue OwnershipAchieve and exceed annual revenue targetsClose enterprise and supply chain deals across large and mid-cap accountsBuild and maintain 3-4x pipeline coverage, build outbound motionDrive structured proposals and disciplined forecastingAccountable for results and outcomes, not just activity2. Enterprise Sales (Top 200 Focus)Build and manage a target list of high-potential enterprisesIdentify and engage:Sustainability leadersCFO/Finance teamsProcurement & supply-chain headsMulti-thread accounts and drive conversations at decision-maker levelMaintain long-term engagement cadence even through slow cycles3. Supply Chain Product ExpansionIdentify enterprises publishing Scope 3 or facing CBAM exposurePosition supply chain product as:Risk management engineDecarbonisation planning toolCompliance readiness infrastructureStructure paid POCs with defined success criteriaDrive cross-sell into existing enterprise customers4. Consultant & Partner EcosystemBuild relationships with Big 4 and mid-tier sustainability consultantsPosition Sprih as an enablement platform for delivery teamsExplore opportunities to co-create proposals and joint pitchesGenerate partner-led pipeline and revenue stream5.
