Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities Engage with walk-in or inbound customers to understand requirements. Generate and qualify leads through calls, follow-ups, and referrals. Present product/service information clearly and confidently. Assist customers throughout the decision-making process. Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic inquiries. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support. Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Freshers can apply). 0–2 years of experience in B2C sales, customer service, retail sales, or telesales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality. Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer behaviour. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM is a plus.
