The company collaborates closely with chiller OEMs to deliver customized solutions across a wide industrial spectrum.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Pune Division for an Assistant Sales Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for supporting the sales team in the execution of sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relations, assisting with sales forecasts, and meeting revenue targets. Additional duties include preparing sales presentations, coordinating client meetings, and generating sales reports to track progress.QualificationsProven experience in sales management, business development, and account managementExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsStrategic thinking abilities with a focus on achieving sales goalsProficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysisKnowledge of the HVAC or process industries is a significant advantageAbility to work on-site in Pune Division and travel as requiredBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
