International Sales Specialist

Location: Pune (Night Shift)Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to join our international sales team. This is a purely closure-focused role you will handle qualified leads and drive deal closures for patients across the US, UK, and Australia. This role demands excellent communication, fast learning, and the ability to handle sensitive medical conversations with professionalism and empathy.We are specifically seeking candidates from Luxury Automotive, Luxury Real Estate, or Luxury Retail backgrounds only. If you've built your career selling high-value, high-trust experiences to discerning clients this role is built for you.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with inbound leads through WhatsApp, calls, email, and social platformsQualify prospects based on medical needs, budget, urgency, and travel constraintsPresent organization's value proposition clearly and convincingly to high-intent international patientsCoordinate with clinics and hospitals to gather treatment plans, estimates, and timelinesFollow up with prospects consistently to drive conversionMaintain accurate CRM records and track all communicationSupport the Head of Sales with outbound campaigns and lead-gen activitiesHandle patient queries with empathy, patience, and clarityWork cross-functionally with marketing and operations to smoothen the patient journeyRequired Qualifications4–6 years of proven sales experience in Luxury Automotive, Luxury Real Estate, or Luxury Retail — candidates from these three verticals only will be consideredExcellent English communication skills (verbal + written)Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to handle high-stakes, emotionally sensitive conversationsAbility to work night-aligned shifts for US/UK/Australia markets (cabs provided both ways)Proficiency with CRM tools and structured follow-upComfortable in a fast-paced, high-ownership environmentBased in Pune or willing to relocate (preferred)We are a premium medical tourism platform that combines world-class healthcare with luxury travel.
