Feel free to apply!Job Title: Executive- AFS Product AnalysisLocation: PuneDepartment: After Sales Service (AFS)Experience: 2–3 YearsRole Summary:Responsible for testing, analyzing, and troubleshooting EV components such as BLDC motors and lithium-ion batteries. The role includes failure analysis, refurbishment of components, maintaining testing records, and supporting the After-Sales Service team with technical insights.Key Roles & Responsibilities:Test and analyze EV components such as BLDC motors, batteries, controllers, and electrical parts.Perform root cause analysis of product failures received from dealers and service centers.Conduct motor and battery refurbishment as per company standards.Maintain testing and analysis records using Microsoft Excel.Provide technical troubleshooting support to service teams and dealers.Coordinate with internal teams for product improvement.Qualification:Diploma / Bachelor’s in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.Skills:Knowledge of EV systems, BLDC motors, and batteriesEV component testing and troubleshootingBLDC Motor and Lithium-ion battery refurbishmentMicrosoft Excel and basic documentation skillsAnalytical and problem-solving ability
