Our mission extends to improving societal and environmental health, most notably through our development of a biomedical waste incinerator during the COVID-19 pandemic to mitigate virus transmission risks.Salary range: Rs 30000 to 35000 per monthJob location: PuneRole DescriptionThis is a full-time on-field role for a Sales Executive located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers, managing sales pipelines, and meeting sales targets. The role involves understanding client needs, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support to ensure satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also prepare sales reports and collaborate with the marketing team to align on promotional strategies. Candidates should demonstrate flexibility and readiness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.QualificationsProven skills in B2B Sales, Business Development, and Account ManagementStrong understanding of customer relationship management and consultative sales approachExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsKnowledge of the waste management industry and environmental solutions is a significant advantageSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independentlyProficiency in using sales software and toolsExperience in the local Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad market will be an added advantageBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field
