Regional Sales Manager

Ideal candidate will have BE/ MCA/ MBA degree with 15+ years of B2B sales & marketing experience in technology products. Primary responsibility will be to sell and market barcode, RFID/ IoT systems and software solutions to large & SMB enterprises. Must have a proven track record of generating revenues in key vertical markets (Manufacturing, Logistics & Retail, Healthcare, BFSI). Excellent communication (presentation) & project management skills required.Lead regional sales & support team (profit center) in Pune/ West regionExcellent knowledge of industry practices, standards & technologiesDevelop key vertical markets, and generate new businessEducate customer accounts on new products, and technologiesProvide consultative solutions for large & complex projectsEngage with CXOs for value proposition & business case presentationsPrepare business proposal & presentations based on customer requirementsManage project initiation, implementation and execution for key accountsOffer product extensions, and service support to existing customersAlign sales & support teams so as to deliver to customer needsEnsure high customer satisfaction level at all timesCollaborate with OEM & SI partners for maximum reach
