Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with statutory and internal policies. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial controls.Designation- Accounts Manager Location- Kharadi ( Pune )Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting activities including entries, vouchers, and reconciliations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Handle accounts payable and receivable Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expense controls Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Support management with financial reports and analysis Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standardsRequirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance ( / preferred) CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) is an added advantage 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation laws Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, SAP, etc.) Good command over MS Excel Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsPreferred SkillsAttention to detail and accuracy Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
