National Key Account Manager - E-commerce Are you passionate about driving e-commerce growth through strategic client partnerships?We're looking for a dynamic National Key Account Manager to join our fast-growing team in Pune. In this high-impact role, you'll manage and nurture key national accounts on major e-commerce platforms, ensuring exceptional performance, revenue growth, and long-term client success.If you thrive in a client-centric environment, love data-driven decision-making, and excel at turning insights into results, this is your opportunity to make a real difference!Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned key national accounts, building strong, trust-based relationshipsDevelop and execute tailored account strategies to drive sales growth, revenue, market share, and overall client successDeeply understand client objectives, challenges, and needs — delivering customized solutions and proactive recommendationsMonitor and analyze key performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rates, AOV, ROAS, etc.) and provide actionable insights through regular reports and reviewsOversee product catalogue management, pricing strategies, promotions, and listing optimization across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service, product) to ensure seamless execution and resolve any fulfilment or operational issuesIdentify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new product introductions to maximize client valueStay ahead of e-commerce trends, platform updates, competitor activities, and industry best practices — sharing valuable insights with clientsHandle problem-solving and conflict resolution swiftly to protect and strengthen client relationshipsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field2-4 years of experience in account management, e-commerce operations, or client servicingStrong preference for hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.)Proven track record in sales performance analysis, reporting, and using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)Solid understanding of e-commerce marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, paid media, email campaigns)Skills You'll BringExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesStrong analytical mindset with a knack for turning data into actionable strategiesAbility to manage multiple accounts and priorities independentlyProactive problem-solver with a customer-first approachKnowledge of customer service excellence and managing expectationsPreferredExperience in digital marketing/advertising in e-commerceWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation and growth opportunities in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
