We’re expanding our leadership team to strengthen our own brand presence, thought leadership, and marketing initiatives.Role OverviewKey Responsibilities:Own and manage key enterprise SEO clients across industries (BFSI, E-commerce, Healthcare, etc.)Act as the primary SPOC, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term partnershipsLead SEO strategy, performance reviews, and data-driven recommendationsCollaborate with SEO, content, tech, and analytics teams for seamless executionIdentify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and contribute to account growthMentor and manage client servicing teamsKey Requirements:8-10 years of experience in client servicing/account management with strong SEO backgroundProven experience handling enterprise or large-scale SEO accountsStrong understanding of SEO strategy, analytics, and performance metricsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skillsExperience working in a digital marketing agency preferred
