App Growth & Revenue Manager – Driver Verification PlatformAbout the CompanyWe have built a Driver Verification App, similar to how Truecaller works for callers — but designed to verify, rate, and build trust around drivers.Our platform helps corporates, logistics companies, and fleet operators reduce fraud, improve safety, and hire trusted drivers faster.We are now looking for a high-ownership individual who can organize the app’s go-to-market strategy, generate sales, and build sustainable revenue.Role ObjectiveTo drive app adoption, generate revenue, and build a scalable sales and partnership ecosystem for the Driver Verification App.This role is 100% performance and revenue focused.Key Responsibilities1️⃣ App Growth & Market ExecutionDesign and execute the go-to-market strategy for the appIdentify target customer segments (corporates, logistics, fleet owners, taxi operators, etc.)Structure pricing plans, sales models, and rollout strategy (city-wise / segment-wise)2️⃣ Sales & Revenue Generation (Core Responsibility)Acquire paying customers for the appClose B2B deals with:CorporatesLogistics & fleet companiesTransport operatorsConvert pilots and free users into paid contractsBuild and manage a strong revenue pipeline3️⃣ Corporate Tie-Ups & PartnershipsEstablish partnerships with:Fleet ownersTransport unionsDriver associationsService centers, financiers, insurers (where relevant)Position the app as a mandatory or preferred verification tool4️⃣ User Onboarding & AdoptionEnsure smooth onboarding of:CorporatesFleet ownersDriversDrive active usage and reduce drop-offsWork closely with the tech/operations team to improve adoption5️⃣ Revenue Strategy & OptimizationImplement and optimize:Per-driver verification pricingSubscription plansEnterprise contractsTrack performance, user behavior, and revenue metricsContinuously improve conversion and retentionKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Revenue generatedNumber of paying clientsActive B2B customersApp usage & retentionMonthly and quarterly growthIdeal Candidate ProfileMust-Have:3–7 years experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or revenue growthExperience in logistics, fleet management, mobility, SaaS, or fintech preferredStrong deal-closing and negotiation skillsComfortable working in a startup / early-stage environmentHustler mindset with high ownershipGood to Have:Existing corporate or fleet networkExperience selling a new or early-stage productGround-level execution experience (not just desk sales)CompensationFixed Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹90,000 per month (based on experience)Performance Incentives:Revenue-linked commission (5%–10%)Bonuses on enterprise dealsESOPs / Profit-sharing (for high-performing candidates)Why Join UsOpportunity to build a trust infrastructure product from the ground upDirect impact on revenue and company growthHigh ownership and fast decision-makingLong-term growth potential as the platform scales nationwidemail us at : info@
